Beavercreek- is only minutes away from Wright Patterson and Downtown Dayton. The city contains over 27 square miles with a population around 40,000. Beavercreek has rolling, spacious wooded enviroment with many fine residential neighborhoods in many different price ranges and styles with a high quality of life. Beavercreek is also one of the fastest growing suburbs with housing ranging from the exclusive custom built homes and to fine homes in charming mature neighborhoods. The Mall at Fairfield Commons, with 5 department and 130 specialty stores any plenty of entertainment. Many of the residents are either current or former Air Force and civilian employees of nearby Wright Patterson Air Force Base. Easy access to I-675 and US-35 to reach Cincinnati and Columbus.
Bellbrook- is unique since there is no local income tax and ranks one of the lowest on government costs. Yet services like Fire, Police and other service departments rank among the best in the southwestern Ohio area. Well planned and desireable new neighborhoods. With around 7000 residents you have a small town feel but located near major shopping and entertainment. Wright Patterson and Dayton is a short commute on I-675 or US-35
Centerville- is a common landing spot for military and civilian employees for relocation to Wright Patterson Air Force Base. Centerville is a high quality and modern residential community. Covering nearly 32 square miles over 50,000 residents proudly call this home. Housing range from around $150,000 to well over $1,000,000. Centerville has 50,000 sf Washington Township Recreation Center and a nationally recognized 27 hole golf course(Golf Course at Yankee Trace) 5 Major shopping centers and over 500 retail outlets. Centerville City Schools received an excellent rating that only 17 out of 612 school districts in Ohio can claim.
Dayton- "The Birthplace of Avaition" is home to many different communities, shopping, entertainment with housing to fit all price ranges. Englewood- is home to around 13,000 with schools with an excellent rating by the state of Ohio 05-06. Englewood has many parks and youth activities and is located north of Dayton about 15 minutes and Wright patterson Air Force Base about 20. There is a large amount of new homes in this area along with established neighborhoods to call home. Wide varity of homes to fill every taste.
Fairborn- is home to 32,000+ but still has the small town feel. Home to many military from Wright Patterson Air Force Base because of the great choices of homes and pricing to fit every need. With Wright State University and Wright Patterson brings lots of great minds together for the greater good.
Huber Heights- is the largest communty of brick homes with over 50000 homes including new custom homes to established neighborhoods. Located just minutes from Wright Patterson Air Force Base and shopping and entertainment, with housing priced from modest to custom built with land.
Jamestown- is a small historical town located east of Dayton about 30 minutes with reasonable priced homes and with new construction and a lake and near I-71 with easy access to Columbus, Cincinnati and US-35 to Dayton.
